You must write a genuine letter (not the pre-written options it gives you) to earn points and community service. Each card is worth 1 point, and for every ten cards you write, you’ll earn 1 hour. You can only make a maximum of 20 cards for 2 hours. Link: http://bit.ly/CSFStJude
You can get 5 points for each card you write. You’ll get 1 hour for every two cards you make. The number of cards you can write are unlimited, but make sure that you take a picture of your cards, and send it to us first, so that we’ll distribute them later on.
Create an account by adding your parent’s birth year since you can create an account on behalf of your family. Creating an account will earn you 5 points. You can get an additional 5 points along with community service hours (TBA) if you donate. Link: https://bit.ly/313f5Hx
- As of now, we don’t know for sure the impact it has on graduation. The superintendent will update us throughout later months.
- Awards will still be awarded. You will still get your sash, cord, and seal on your diploma. The exact nature of how that will look like depends on if there is a graduation, and if Mrs. Nguyen can get back into your classroom. The school is close for deep cleaning. No one can enter risking contamination. There is potential (not official yet) hybrid learning for next year (2021).
- As of this semester, you’ll only need 10 points. The only community service and points opportunities are the events listed above (Unicef, St. Jude’s E-Cards, Written Cards to Seniors for Letter’s Against Isolation).
Note: As of now, these events are all year round (no deadlines/Anytime!); More updates will come as we get more information. Thank you for your patience!

We hope everyone is inside and safe!
